An Acute General Hospital with a 410 bedded facility is
currently recruiting Filipino Overseas Nurses. The NHS
Trust Hospital, which is the first in the country to be
built under the government’s PFI scheme, is tailor made
to meet the needs of staff and patients to bring local
healthcare into the 21st century.

This state of the art building won awards for
construction and architecture, and the design aims to
meet the demands of 21st century healthcare. The trust
provides a comprehensive range of acute, mainly hospital
based-health services for the residents within its
catchment area. Together, the team of around 1600 staff
provides care for some 200,000 patients every year.

The Trust works in partnership with the local Primary
Care Trust (PCT) who commission health care services, and
provide a range of primary care services themselves
through GP’s, clinics and other care facilities.
